Prices have increased due to limited supply from Japan so you are looking around 2,000-3,000 max for complete installation including parts.

7K for a engine & gear swap? you get a markii for that price.. or you can even buy a 2nd hand turbo tercel with 4efte for 8-9K. so tell me who would go pay 7K just on labor for a swap?
Jayzee you can keep your offers to yourself.

And @ saiyedsarwar
I'm not sure from where to get the swap done from. Engine and gearbox is gonna be around 2k could be more could be less. Check Yalta scrap in sharjah you might find your engine there or just check around more places. If you wanna know where is yalta scrap just look around in the forum a little and you'll find location map or something. Once you get the engine PM me, i'll tell you from a spare part shop from where you can get your engine parts from. So you can change belts and stuff before the swap. If you want a rough estimate of labor, just go to couple of garage's and see what they tell you.
Good luck with it!
Cheers!

Im not sure if a garage will give you that much service of getting engine for you and installing it for you . I dont trust garage people with buying parts for my car. I go buy em myself cuz garage people will steal your money by charging you more for the part and you dont even know if they are original or fake. So better go look for your engine and buy the one you think is good. Dont be lazy man! Somethings are done better when you do it the hard way!
Btw are you the same person who met me in mamzar the other night? where you got some other car and you asked me about the swap of my car?
