What are the cool bling sizes of rim+tyre?

I want lightweight bling rims with high-performance low profile tyres.

275/55 R20?
245/45 R19?

Depends on the rim width.
Lets say you are using a 285:
If you really want the 'tireless' look, use something below profile 45. If you don't prefer that (really reduces ride quality), go for profile 45, not more. Somewhat like the Trailblazer you posted.

Well, it'll be new tyres and new rims, so I'm free to choose both sizes.

One more point, you won't really find a large variety of dubs for your Cruiser because most of them are six luggers (American SUV stuff) and because your Cruiser has a huge PCD when compared to the typical 5 lug PCD.

I beg to differ there. There are a couple of LC's out there with bling on them and they look great! Just my personal opinion!
