Are you willing to deal through Souq.com? The procedure is simple, put it up for sale on Souq, I buy it for 210 (5% of the final purchasing amount goes to Souq, so I'll bid extra, to cover those charges), and Aramex delivers them to me, charging me AED 8 to 14 for delivery.
If you want I can try and ship it to you, and you will pay for the shipping once it is delivered so that you will not need to pay 5% extra. Let me check with aramex how it will work.Ozimandius wrote:Are you willing to deal through Souq.com? Just let me know if you are really sure about it. Thanks.

If the bass thing they say is BS, and the speakers rock, and I don't need an amp to power them, I'm game, really!
I will not lie to you, though these speakers do really sound good its bass is kind of thin for me as this speaker was really intended for loud and clear setup. When I mean thin is that these speakers are not warm sounding but the bass is there. I just tuned it so that it would be suitable for SQ.Ozimandius wrote:If the bass thing they say is BS, and the speakers rock, and I don't need an amp to power them, I'm game, really!
Here is a link of how it sounded after tuning it properly:
Please pardon the crappy recording, but basically it is how it sounds only much clearer in actual. Mind also that I have a sub installed.

Ozi.... never expect bass from components in a well tuned setup system
Even though the specs might say 50 Hz to 22000 Hz the crossover is set at 100 or 80 hz.
When more bass goes into these speakers the clarity reduces.
If u want bass go woofers.
You dont really need a 20 inch woofer..
Even a 8 inch low profile woofer custom mounted inside the car will do.
My best bet is get an amp that will provide atleast 75W RMS per channel if you are getting those speakers. Otherwise they will be severely underpowered.
Good luck with the sale.

Just to clarify on Neo's post. He is correct, even though the specs says 50Hz-22kHz, it may not be able to play it as correctly, as these test are done in a controlled environment.
In reality you can put your LPF(Low Pass Filter) as low as 50Hz, yes the speaker can play that, but the clarity will be reduced as you increase your volume. In short, the lower you cross it (Midbass/range) the higher the possibility of distortion at high volumes.
The crossover of my seps is factory set at 4kHz for the tweeters and for the lows it will be determined by as how low you set it, but always mind the compromise.
Separates can not play as low as subs, that is why you would need a sub to reinforce the lower freqs. Though there are high quality separates that digs deep enough so that you will not require the help of a sub, but of course you have to shell out more moolah to get your hands on them hahaha! But still this high price fellas can't still dig as deep, but can at least simulate it.

Oh just to add, my subs during that recording was at minimal volume, as in SQ the sub should be invisible during playback, meaning you know its there and working but can not possibly quite point out where it is and if it is really working. It has enough juice only to reinforce the low frequency and be not prominent in the system.

I'll take your word for it, thanks for the advice guys. I should have the amp and woofer by 6pm today (buying it off someone else) and then I'll confirm these speakers, can't wait to get my hands on 'em! *drools*
