Car overheated - Fix or Scrap

Hi,
Recently my car overheated while driving on the highway. By the time that I had noticed the temperature gauge it was already at maximum on the scale. I immediately pulled over to check and found signs off coolant spillage on the exhaust header and coolant hoses in front of the radiator. Opened up the oil cap to see some white smoke, checked the dip stick to see that it has melted away completely! Also I had noticed that the coolant overflow reservoir tank was almost empty. I did not bother starting the car back up and instead towed it back to my place. A few days later I started up the car and it did but hesitantly and also it was shaking severely while idling but evens out when i give a bit of gas. There are no error codes on the dash or via OBD port. Then I tried to drain the radiator to find that there was no coolant left to drain out. Later I also found out that the coil packs for the spark plugs on cylinders 2 &3 are stuck and cannot be removed, possibly melted on top of the plugs.

The car is a 2007 honda civic lx with 440K kilometers on the odometer. I would like some advice on fixing up the car. Any recommendations on affordable shops that do engine swaps ? I am also expecting to change the power steering pump, coolant pump etc...unless the replacement engine comes with those.
